The Porsche 991 was produced from its Geneva launch in 2011 all the way through till 2019, replacing the popular and well regarded 997. Compared to its predecessor the 991 is slightly larger but weight distribution and cornering performance has been enhanced, due to a new transaxle that meant the rear wheels could be positioned further back in relation to the engine. The Carrera S was fitted with a 3.8 litre engine, producing a spritely 400bhp, with performance times of 0-62 mph of circa 4 seconds and a top speed of 190mph.
